The world around you has undergone and continues to undergo change at an ever quickening pace, but how has the practice of strategic HR changed? Even inside the most aggressive talent management centric organizations the structure of the function looks virtually the same as it did ten years ago, and HR’s reputation among senior leaders hasn’t gotten any better.

During this interactive session, globally renowned thought leader and talent management strategist, Dr. John Sullivan, will look at truly impactful things that data tells us we should be doing, but often don’t, including taking advantage of economic cycles to restructure talent, delivering employee development at a pace consistent with the business and recognizing and rewarding great talent management.
